Here’s why we do what we do.
We Like Building Things.
Better communities.
Meaningful careers.
Opportunities for growth.
Lives we're proud of.

Real estate isn't the destination. It's one of the ways we get there.

The Work Worth Doing
Atlas Forge is a new name, but not a new set of values. Growth, stewardship, meaningful relationships, and building for the long term are ideas that shaped our previous chapter and continue to influence the work we do today.
Atlas speaks to strength, responsibility, and helping people navigate important decisions with confidence. Forge points to the process of creating something meaningful through intention, perseverance, and care.
The almond branch also played a role in shaping the name, carrying themes of new beginnings, watchfulness, growth, and patient perseverance.
The roots grow before the fruit. The foundation forms before the momentum. Lasting growth is earned long before it's celebrated.
Growth takes time. So do trust, opportunity, and lasting impact. We believe good work is worth doing well, meaningful things are worth building carefully, and strong foundations are worth investing in.
A Note From the Broker

Amanda Pipkins
Owner + Managing Broker
After more than a decade in real estate, I still enjoy the same things that drew me to it in the first place: people, strategy, architecture, and the challenge of solving problems.
I love studying markets, analyzing opportunities, and helping people think through important decisions. A home purchase, sale, investment, or career move often involves far more than the property itself. There are goals, priorities, timing considerations, and a lot of moving pieces along the way.
I ask a lot of questions because every situation is different.
One of my favorite parts of the job is working through those details together and developing a strategy that makes sense for the road ahead.
Over the years, I've learned that real estate is often connected to much bigger things: family, finances, business, and major life transitions. Being trusted to help navigate those moments is something I never take for granted.
When I'm not working, you'll usually find me spending time with my husband and four kids, tackling a project, learning something new, or planning our next adventure.
